Woodrup Cycles recently provided a free 'Cycle Doctor' (ie mobile mechanic) for a day to check over the working function and safety of students' cycles at Leeds University.

Our Cytech qualified mechanic, Craig, provided a certificate for each cycle inspected to take away, highlighting defects, remedies and immediate repairs. Each bike was 'tweaked' where possible for minor defects such as poor brake setup or loose headsets for example.

Woodrups has provided the same service to children at the annual Horsforth Show in the past.

Here at Woodrups we are very keen to maintain and promote cycling in and around Leeds on every level and increasingly so in our present congested and increasingly polluted climate.
