Our special edition Maurice Woodrup frame set is a true work of art. Using the finest materials and traditional methods each frame is built as a one off. Extra time is taken to uniquely hand cut the lugs making each one different from the last.

Built with Reynolds 953 or... Columbus XCR stainless tubing, polished stainless lugs and fittings this is a frame aimed at some fast riding, and would be ideal for race situations for the rider who wants something special. It can be combined with a full carbon fork, or a polished stainless fork crown if choosing a full steel frame & fork.

Woodrup Chimera B.D
We’ve been working hard here at Woodrup’s HQ on our latest creation the ‘Woodrup Chimera B.D’ Using state of the art components and traditional building styles we’ve created a bike with the long distance adventurer in mind.
We sent the frame to Gates in Germany to have it stress tested and the frame passed with flying colours, this is what Gates had to say: - “The frame passed the tests very well. The frame stiffness is in an area where you can use the combination Rohloff/ Carbon Drive without modifications to your frame. The angular tolerances are incredible. You make excellent frames and you definitely know you craft.”
Prices will start from £1’140.00 inc VAT for a full custom built frame made from Reynolds 725 tubing and sprayed to a colour of choice. Custom bikes using Shimano Alfine 11 start from £2’300.00 inc VAT

This is a frame for the nostalgic, and is a faith full replica of the Bantel team frame we used to produce during the 70s, and uses original fitments [as stocks permit] Reynolds 531 double butted tubing where possible [631 may be substituted] Prugnat type ‘S’ long point lugs, and matching bottom bracket shell Full slope‘Cinelli style’ fork crown

The intended use of the frame is for it to be assembled with modern equipment, and as such has a1” thread less steerer, with 130mm OLN ......however, should a customer have period equipment suitable for a truly authentic cycle, a threaded steerer can be used to enable a traditional quill stem and headset to be used

Colour of this unique frame to be in the team finish of bright red enamel, with a white down tube panel, black decals, and World champ rainbow bands to finish off the panel on the down tube and on the seat tube, Woodrup crest on head and seat tube
