The Cube Aim Pro in Slateblack ’n’ Black is now the "sleeper" of the lineup. While it maintains that ultra-stealthy, monochromatic matte-on-gloss aesthetic, the drivetrain has been revolutionized. By ditching the front derailleur for a 1x10 Shimano CUES setup with a massive 11-48T range, Cube has made the bike lighter, quieter, and far more capable on steep climbs. The CUES LinkGlide technology also means the drivetrain is engineered to last three times longer than previous systems, making this one of the most durable entry-level bikes on the market. It still features the SizeSplit system and hydraulic brakes, but with this new 1x heart, it’s now a much more focused off-road machine.

Key Highlights
Shimano CUES 1x10 Drivetrain: This is the star of the 2026 build. The 1x system simplifies shifting (only one lever to worry about) and significantly reduces chain slap. The 11-48T cassette provides a lower "climbing" gear than the old 2x systems, helping you crawl up technical hills with ease.
LinkGlide Technology: CUES is built on Shimano’s LinkGlide platform, which features thicker, more robust sprocket teeth. This results in incredibly smooth shifting under load and a lifespan that far exceeds the 8 or 9-speed parts of yesteryear.
Stealth Slateblack Aesthetic: The bike remains a masterclass in understated design. The blend of matte black and gloss decals gives it a premium "carbon look" while remaining incredibly easy to clean and resistant to visible scratches.
SizeSplit Geometry: Whether you need an XS frame with 27.5-inch wheels for better standover or an XXL on 29ers for maximum rollover, Cube ensures the geometry is balanced so the bike feels agile and predictable regardless of your height.
Hydraulic Precision: With Shimano’s MT200 brakes, you get consistent, reliable stopping power. They are the industry standard for entry-level reliability—easy to bleed, easy to adjust, and strong enough for one-finger braking.
