The Liv Avail Advanced 3 is a dedicated women’s endurance road bike designed for long-distance comfort, efficiency, and confidence. For the 2026 model year, it features a significant update in its drivetrain, moving to the Shimano Cues 2x10-speed system. This groupset is engineered for smoother, more durable shifting, making it an excellent entry point into carbon road cycling for sportive riders and fitness enthusiasts.
The bike is built around Liv’s Advanced-grade composite frame, which is specifically tuned for female riders using "3F Design Philosophy" to optimize weight distribution and handling. It features a generous tire clearance of up to 40mm, allowing you to transition from smooth tarmac to light gravel or rough backroads with ease. The integrated D-Fuse technology in the handlebar and seatpost works as a system to absorb road vibrations, significantly reducing fatigue on all-day epics.
