The Bianchi Infinito 105 12sp is the evolution of Bianchi’s endurance platform, specifically tailored for the rider who wants a modern, "all-road" capable machine without the price tag of electronic shifting or the CV vibration-damping carbon.
This build utilizes the Shimano 105 R7100 12-speed mechanical groupset. It shares the same radical frame redesign as the higher-end Ultegra models, including full internal cable routing and a significantly increased tire clearance. This model is perfect for the "century rider"—someone who spends 4–6 hours in the saddle and needs a bike that is stable, comfortable, and easy to maintain thanks to its mechanical components.

Key Technologies
Modern Endurance Geometry: The Infinito features a longer wheelbase and a taller head tube (approx. 20-30mm higher than a Sprint or Oltre), which places the rider in a more sustainable position, reducing pressure on the hands and lower back.
Integrated AICR System: Even with mechanical shifting, the Infinito hides the cables entirely. This not only looks much cleaner but prevents the cable housings from rubbing against the frame's paint over time.
All-Road Capability: By shipping with 32mm Pirelli tires, this bike is ready for "light gravel," canal paths, or severely broken city streets right out of the box.
D-Shape Carbon Seatpost: The flat-back profile of the seatpost allows it to act as a leaf spring, significantly absorbing the "buzz" from the road before it reaches the saddle.
Shimano 105 Mechanical (12-speed): Offers the same gear range as the electronic version but with the tactile "click" of a shifter and the peace of mind that you never have to worry about charging a battery.
