The Cube AMS Hybrid ONE44 C:68X TM 400X in Reedgreen ’n’ Matrix represents Cube's first foray into the "Lightweight E-MTB" category. While the Stereo Hybrids you asked about previously are "full-fat" bikes (high torque, massive batteries, higher weight), the AMS Hybrid is a different beast entirely. It’s designed for the rider who wants the agility and flickability of a traditional trail bike but with a subtle, high-cadence "tailwind" to help on the climbs.
For the 2026 model year, the TM (Trail Motion) version hits the sweet spot of the range. It uses the ultra-premium C:68X carbon—Cube's highest-tier layup—to keep the frame weight around 2,100g. Paired with the lightweight Bosch SX motor, this bike tips the scales at approximately 18.4 kg, making it significantly easier to manhandle through tight switchbacks and loft over obstacles than its 24kg Stereo Hybrid cousins.

Key Highlights
Bosch SX Motor: Unlike the 85Nm/100Nm CX motors, the SX provides 55Nm. It’s quieter and has much less pedalling resistance when the motor is off or you exceed the 15.5mph limit. It feels much more like a "normal" bike.
GX Transmission (T-Type): This build includes the latest hanger-less wireless drivetrain from SRAM. It’s incredibly robust and allows for perfect shifting even when you're putting maximum power through the pedals.
Lightweight C:68X Carbon: By using 68% carbon fiber and nano-infused resin, Cube has created a frame that is stiff enough for aggressive trail riding while being light enough to carry up stairs.
