The Liv Tempt 4 is the entry point into Liv’s performance mountain bike range, specifically designed for women.
For the 2025/2026 season, Liv has significantly overhauled this model. It moves away from the "recreational" 2x or 3x drivetrains of the past and adopts a modern, trail-ready 1x system. Surprisingly for a bike at this price point, it also features a Thru-Axle rear, providing a level of stiffness and security usually reserved for bikes twice its price.

Key Performance Features
Acolyte Clutch Drivetrain: Most entry-level bikes suffer from chains dropping off on bumpy trails. The Acolyte’s clutch mechanism solves this, making the bike much more capable for "real" off-road riding than a standard hybrid.
Massive Gear Range: The 12-46T cassette is a hill-climbing weapon. It allows newer riders to stay seated and spin up steep inclines that would usually require walking.
Internal Routing & Dropper Ready: The frame is modern enough to include internal routing for your cables, and it is dropper-post compatible (30.9mm). If you decide to get more serious about trails, you can easily upgrade to a dropper post later.
Integrated Mounts: Despite its trail credentials, it includes a KSA 18mm kickstand mount
